The Software Engineer duties include and are not limited to:

• Designing, programming, troubleshooting, and debugging of computer programs, web applications, mobile applications and other software programs as needs arise

• Frontend and/or backend programming

• Following provided UX/UI design systems and frontend style guides 

• Participating in design-engineering review 

• Estimating time to complete development tasks 

• Meeting with customers when necessary

• Following task acceptance criteria

• Performing quality assurance testing

• Reporting progress during standups 

• Communicating task progress with Project Manager

• Occasional (rare) work in evenings or weekends to meet software delivery deadlines

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS, MS in computer science or related field, or other equivalent education 

• Relevant experience

• Must be fully eligible to work in the United States 

Technical Skills: 

• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript required (TypeScript preferred)

• Experience with C# requiredExperience with either Angular, or Vue, or React required

• Experience with ASP.NET or Laravel required (ASP.NET preferred)

• Experience with relational databases required (Microsoft SQL Server preferred)

• Experience with data formats: JSON, XML, or CSV required (JSON preferred)

• Experience with source control Git required

• Experience with GitLab or Jira desired

• Working knowledge of Entity Framework (with LINQ) or other ORM

• Working knowledge of Angular and/or ReactJS

• Hosting environment knowledge desired: AWS, Azure

• Web server knowledge desired: NGINX, Apache, or IIS
